Welcome to my blog, which I’m building to complement my portfolio site, it features more information about my images, how I captured them and also some other shots that might not make it to my online shop. My portfolio site showcases some of my favourite images in a clean simple way and the blog is the place to come for more detailed talk and information. Although my main interest is, and always will be landscapes & wildlife, I do also cover motorsport events, mainly rallies but I also like to try my hand at other area’s of photography.

Being based in Pembrokeshire, with it’s superb scenery, coastal views and not to mention the wide variety of wildlife as well, I’m pretty spoilt with the amount of subjects to shoot on offer, however I try to travel as often as I realistically can as well to capture subjects and scenery that Pembrokeshire doesn’t offer.

I’ve always been interested in photography, thanks to my brothers having SLRs when I was young – and I’ve also loved the outdoors, birds & wildlife as well. So putting them together hand in hand is a great thrill for me. Also over the years, it’s great to finally own some of the equipment you dream of having when you’re young – especially seeing the change over from 35mm film SLRs to digital SLRs is a great help in instantaneously seeing what you’ve captured.
